Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a BCBA to oversee and enhance ABA programs across virtual and in-person settings. You will mentor Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists, review treatment plans and progress, and ensure compliance with standards and payer requirements.

You will lead trainings, contribute to clinical development, and collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations to advance quality and outcomes for families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Minimum two years of professional ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs (virtual and in person).
• Support and coach Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards.
• Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations on quality and compliance.
