Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced remote BCBA to join our team and deliver evidence-based ABA services to clients. You will work remotely to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and adjust goals while maintaining high ethical standards. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• NC license is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs remotely.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
