Remote work options exist with up to 3 days remote per month and additional assessment-related days annually, plus a strong compensation package and career growth toward ownership tracks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible for ownership track.
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with families and center leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care.
