Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs across virtual and in-person settings, mentor mid-level supervisors, and ensure high-quality, ethical clinical services.

Starting pay is $85,000–$95,000 annually, with remote opportunities in the United States, in-house CEU support, and opportunities for clinical research and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Minimum two years of professional ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs (both virtually and in person).
• Support and coach Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards.
• Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations teams on initiatives, quality, compliance, and more.
