BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide hybrid ABA services to children and families across New York. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The position offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, no non-compete agreements, licensure expansion support, and dedicated BCBA

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
