Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role serving children and families across Georgia. The position may shift to hybrid in the future with advance notice.

Responsibilities include conducting ABA assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and coordinating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Georgia licensure eligibility (or active licensure) is required, with a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Eligible for GA BCBA licensure (or willing to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards compliance
