Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential to transition to a hybrid model in the future with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and licensure eligibility or holding Georgia BCBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
