Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position serving clients in Georgia. The role may transition to a hybrid model in the future with advance notice.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and support families to achieve meaningful clinical progress. The ideal candidate holds GA licensure (or eligibility), a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Liscensure eligibility in Georgia or current licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.
