Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The position is currently fully remote with potential future transition to a hybrid model, and includes supervision of technicians and collaboration with caregivers to drive clinical progress.

The role requires GA licensure or eligibility, a relevant master's degree, and experience with ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Must have Georgia licensure or be eligible to obtain licensure.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
