Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows most work to be performed remotely with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
