Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position with potential future hybrid work as state regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Georgia licensure eligible or current.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
