Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential future hybrid work as state regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while upholding ethical standards. GA licensure is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver ABA services
• Experience supervising behavior technicians
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and clinical standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards
