Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role currently operates fully remotely, with potential for future hybrid work as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, eligibility for Georgia licensure, and a Master’s degree in a related field, with preferred

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or willing to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
