Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a BCBA to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The role includes assessments, treatment plan oversight, and collaborating with caregivers to promote meaningful progress.

You will supervise behavior technicians, maintain compliance with ethical standards, and document progress. The position offers flexible scheduling and no caseload caps.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
