Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum, and ongoing clinical support.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Opportunity for growth includes internal training, scholarships, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
