Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired to effectively support our diverse client population. The role offers a fully remote schedule with flexible hours and no caseload caps or non-compete

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
