Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote position may transition to a hybrid model in the future with advance notice to clinicians.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for GA licensure (or willing to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
