Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across the United States. You will conduct assessments, create and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

In this fully remote role, you will monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure ethical and clinical standards are met, with flexible scheduling and strong

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
