Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role serving Georgia families. The position may transition to a hybrid model in the future, with advance notice provided to clinicians.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress while ensuring documentation and ethics are maintained.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia BCBA licensure, or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical standards.
