Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This is a fully remote role with potential future hybrid transition, and includes supervision of behavior technicians and collaboration with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate holds Georgia BCBA licensure (or eligibility), a master's in a related field, and experience with autism; licensure support and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Georgia BCBA licensure or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
