Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. You will assess, plan, supervise and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

The role emphasizes supervision of behavior technicians, ethical practice, and ongoing documentation, with potential future hybrid arrangements as regulations evolve.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
