Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years coaching, tutoring or teaching (law-related preferred but not required).
• Licensed attorney - Active and Unencumbered.
• Understand bar exam structure and NextGen content is helpful.
• Able to work remotely with a remote manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive student engagement and outcomes with measurable success for bar students.
• Proactively monitor performance data and tailor guidance to each student.
• Guide student preparation and resources, outlining effective study strategies.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions remotely to address hurdles and anxiety.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NextGen Bar Exam requirements and scoring.
