You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, review transactions, and maintain data security while delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Strong probing and investigating skills.
• Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Urgently brand.
• Ensure the security of customers' information and well-being.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
• Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client.
• Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
• Have a hard-wired broadband internet service.
