Job summary

Narcity Media is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to support B2B marketing and sales from remote Canada. You will own the marketing calendar, develop client-facing campaigns, and turn insights into marketable stories for clients and sales teams.

Ideal candidates are early in their careers, highly organized, bilingual (English/French), AI-enabled, and able to execute hands-on while thinking strategically to build Narcity's marketing function.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B/media/advertising exposure.
• AI-native operator using tools like ChatGPT to research and plan.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to execute.
• Curiosity about media, advertising, culture and consumer behaviour.
• Experience in media/advertising/publishing/agencies or creator marketing is a plus.
• Bilingual English/French is required.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator economy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and calendar for B2B campaigns.
• Develop weekly client-facing marketing touchpoints with campaigns and insights.
• Collaborate on sales enablement materials and case studies.
• Turn audience insights into marketable client stories for materials.
• Support Narcity events marketing and content around events.
• Manage B2B social presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Coordinate daily with creators for content.
• Track performance and tie activity to engagement, leads and revenue.
• Create repeatable workflows from fragmented activities.
