MEDHOST, a division of Harris Computer, is seeking a hands-on B2B marketer to drive go-to-market programs for healthcare technology solutions. The role spans product marketing, digital campaigns, and sales enablement, using AI and market research to optimize execution.

You will collaborate across R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to translate capabilities into compelling messaging, develop launch materials, and measure performance across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience across product marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, messaging, demand generation, or go-to-market execution.
• Healthcare technology or enterprise B2B experience preferred, with familiarity with healthcare industry terminology.
• Experience supporting product launches, positioning, buyer messaging, and sales enablement.
• Practical proficiency using generative AI, prompting, and AI-assisted workflows in professional marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience across web, email, search, social, and content channels including SEO and AI visibility practices.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, analytics, and marketing tech platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern marketing tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with cohesive messaging and timelines.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and audience-focused messaging.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to align direction with market needs.
• Develop and execute product marketing and sales enablement deliverables.
• Write and edit marketing communications for clarity and brand consistency.
• Apply generative AI for research, ideation, and content development.
• Refine AI prompts and workflows with professional judgment for accuracy and relevance.
• Plan integrated marketing across web, email, search, social, webinars, and campaigns.
• Support website content, SEO, and AI visibility practices like AEO/AIO.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to inform positioning and campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and deadlines.
• Maintain MEDHOST QMS procedures and regulatory requirements.
