Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Data Engineer III for a remote nationwide role. You will manage, process, and analyze enterprise data while building automated data pipelines in Azure Data Factory.

The ideal candidate has seven years of data engineering experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with data warehouses and governance. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree and seven years of Data Engineering.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory is required.
• Strong SQL skills including SQL, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.
• Experience creating complex SQL databases and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team.
• Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and automate data processes within Azure Data Factory.
• Performs configuration, scripting, analysis, installation, and administration of ETL tools.
• Assist in establishing data quality measures, data cleansing processes and governance with the DBA and Development teams.
• Work with other teams to build objects and integration points in the Enterprise DataMart/warehouse.
• Help determine, enforce, and document data policies and standards using data flow tools.
• Communicate and collaborate with technical, business teams and auditors.
• Support SDLC and security best practices.
• Develop strategic goals and implement new data products and processes.
• Provide guidance to junior Data Engineers when needed.
• Ensure SLAs are met for internal and external clients.
