Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Remote Azure Data Engineer for an international organization in New York. You will design and implement data infrastructure, enabling standard data connectivity, storage, pipelining, and integration services within a hub-and-spoke model.

The role requires 5+ years in data warehousing, strong Azure Data Factory experience, and fluency in English. Candidates will work 4–5 hours daily during New York office hours and may be hired as employees or

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree required.
5+ years of data warehouse architecture experience.
3+ years of Azure cloud experience.
Proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ETL/ELT).
Experience with Azure Storage/Data Lake/Data Warehouse.
Experience with database architecture testing, debugging and test scripts.
Working knowledge of Azure Synapse analytics.
Strong coding experience in Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Purview is a plus.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Collect large and complex data sets meeting business requirements.
Design and optimize scalable data infrastructure and automate processes.
Build data pipelines using Azure and SQL technologies.
Develop analytical tools to derive actionable business insights.
