Job summary

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc is seeking a GMC Warranty Administrator with 3+ years of automotive warranty administration experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time role focused on warranty claims processing, with an emphasis on accuracy, professionalism and compliance. You will work with a large network of dealers and use our CARS application.

This position allows remote work in the U.S. or an office in Greenwood Village, CO if nearby.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealer.
• Solid understanding of the full warranty process: booking, coding, policy and procedures.
• Proficient at interpreting technician stories and applying labor codes.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for compliance with policy and procedures.
• Book and code claims, then submit for payment.
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules to ensure cash flow.
• Keep certifications up to date and stay current with policies and procedures.
• Assist dealerships in remaining compliant with manufacturer guidelines.
