Job summary

One Guard is seeking an Inspector to conduct vehicle inspections for mechanical failures and document findings in detail. You will generate written reports with photo/video evidence through One Guard’s online portal and coordinate with repair facilities for appointments.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work independently, and prior dealership or aftermarket repair experience. Remote-based with travel to facilities nationwide will be required.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive inspection experience (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical).
• Proficient in describing failures and writing clear reports for customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate online reporting portals and upload photo/video evidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned automobile inspections for mechanical failures of all types.
• Document findings clearly while a technician demonstrates the diagnosis.
• Provide detailed written reports through One Guard’s online portal with factual information and media evidence.
• Contact repair facilities to set appointments for inspections and notify One Guard of the schedule.
• Submit fluid samples to Blackstone Laboratories when applicable.
