Job summary
Whalen Search Group is recruiting for a fully remote Category Manager for a global automotive aftermarket manufacturer. You will partner with major retailers to lead line reviews and translate POS, pricing, competitive, and macro data into category strategies.
You will shape assortment, segmentation, category positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives while collaborating with sales and merchandising leadership. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential; Tableau experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket landscape and key retailers.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy.
- Polished presentation skills for customer-facing meetings.
- Ability to turn complex data into a persuasive customer story.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau experience is a plus.
