Sedgwick is hiring a Liability Claims Representative to analyze Auto Liability claims for major clients from a hybrid/remote setting. You will adjudicate benefits, develop plans, and coordinate settlements while upholding service standards and client contracts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 years claims management experience or equivalent.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: Nationwide; Licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes Auto Liability claims and determines benefits due within authority.
• Develops action plans for resolution and return-to-work efforts.
• Approves and processes assigned claims per contract and client needs.
• Manages subrogation and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients.
• Ensures proper documentation and coding of claims.
• Supports medical claims processing as applicable.
