Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in auto claims or vehicle damage appraisals.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Proficiency with estimating software CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field and desk appraisers to meet SLAs.
• Review high-value or complex claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Implement QA programs and deliver training to improve appraisal skills.
• Ensure all activities align with Florida regulations and company guidelines.
