Job summary

UMB Bank in Utah remote is seeking an Audit Specialist to support annual audits of financial reporting for our alternative investment funds. The role offers growth, learning opportunities in audit and accounting, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include pulling and summarizing exports in Excel and UMB accounting systems to prepare client financial statements, reconciling data, and partnering with the Fund Accounting team to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You have completed at least two years in an undergraduate program in a business related field.
• Strong communication and review skills with a desire to learn more in audit and accounting.

Responsibilities

• You will operate Excel and UMB accounting systems to pull in and summarize exports to use for client financial statements
• You will reconcile and clean up data for the preparation of audited financial statements
• You will partner with the Fund Accounting team and other peers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and client satisfaction
