Job summary

GN Group, a leader in intelligent audio solutions, is seeking a remote Audiologist to join Jabra Hearing's care team. The role is 100% remote in North America with full-time hours. You will conduct hearing assessments, determine candidacy, dispense and tune devices, and guide clients through tele-health processes.

Applicants must hold an active audiologist license, have 3+ years of experience and CCC-A or recent Praxis. Competitive compensation and benefits are listed.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist license in good standing (licensure in additional states is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adults
• Current CCC-A from ASHA or a recent Praxis pass within 12 months
• Availability during weekday business hours and rotating weekend coverage
• Clear and concise communication, independent as well as team collaboration
• Ability to work remotely with tele-health services

Responsibilities

• Gather case history and interpret hearing tests to determine candidacy
• Build rapport and collect client history
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video
• Train clients on using tele-health services
• Apply clinical expertise to an innovative remote service model
