Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years public accounting with assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, SSARS.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple engagements.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and other engagements from planning to completion.
• Manage engagement quality, deadlines, and client communication.
• Review statements and disclosures for accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS.
• Develop staff and coordinate with tax and advisory teams.
• Strengthen assurance processes and workflows.
