Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the D&D Studio, helping keep projects on track and delivering in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role requires three days in the Renton, WA office and collaboration across internal partners to ensure timely outcomes.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated PM experience in a similarly sized company, with sprint planning and strong Excel/SharePoint/Smartsheet skills, plus clear written communication and the ability to thrive under pressure

Qualifications

• PM experience at a company of similar size
• Experience planning sprint and agile-based schedules
• Strong working understanding of Excel, SharePoint and Smartsheet
• Ability to write effective communication for different levels
• Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work landscape
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining results
• Strong time management and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to maintain timing and delivery of projects
• Serve as project management support for the production team
• Attend weekly meetings adjusting schedules as necessary based on updates
• Work cross-functionally to update employee resources and set cadences for regular updates
• Collaborate with team members across the D&D organization
