Oklahoma Baptist University invites applications for a 12-month, full-time faculty appointment in the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program. The role includes teaching, advising, service, and scholarship, with rank and salary determined by qualifications.

The ideal candidate demonstrates teaching excellence, mentoring, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to Christian higher education. Remote work is eligible, with occasional travel to Shawnee, OK.

Qualifications

• Terminal doctorate preferred; candidates pursuing a terminal degree or holding a clinical doctorate will be considered.
• Experience in higher education, developing and teaching asynchronous and/or synchronous online graduate or undergraduate courses.
• Evidence of innovation, organization, leadership, and excellence in hybrid or online instruction at the university level.
• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma; CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Research: conduct and disseminate scholarly work and mentor graduate students.
• Service: participate in institutional and professional service opportunities and advise students.
• Professional Development: engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
