Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate (PhD, DSW, or closely related field) in Social Work or a related discipline.
• MSW from a CSWE accredited program; ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion by start date.
• Minimum of two years post-MSW professional practice experience in social work.
• Experience teaching in higher education, online asynchronous modalities.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting a diverse adult learner population.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, assess, and teach online courses within the Social Work programs, aligning with outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Mentor and support students, adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders.
• Participate in service to the discipline, profession, and institution, including committees and community engagement.
• Demonstrate professional conduct fostering mutual respect, transparent communication, and confidentiality.
• Contribute to ongoing program development, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
