Job summary

The Hartford seeks an Associate Partner Program Manager to drive the payroll, programs, and alliances sales strategy within small business distribution. You will partner with Director-level leaders, manage partner engagement, and lead sales execution across assigned partners.

Based in the United States with remote or hybrid work, you will coordinate training, incentives, and collaboration with underwriting and education teams to grow written premium and policy counts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Small Business insurance sales, underwriting, operations, or partner management.
• Ability to move fast with many partner requests and emails.
• Willingness to travel ~10% as needed and to work in a hybrid/remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Partner Manager Directors to execute the sales strategy for assigned partners.
• Drive proactive partner sales calls and pipeline development.
• Coordinate with underwriting on current quote flow and pricing.
• Build and report on sales incentives and training across partners.
• Prepare for PSU meetings and partner reviews.
• Escalation management within partnerships and serve as main contact for producers/agents.
