You will enter data, run analyses, and prepare materials with no sales or client book. Compensation starts at $72,000 with CFP education reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or related roles.
• Currently pursuing CFP education or enrolled soon.
• High attention to detail; ability to manage data accurately.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with software.
• Experience with financial planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and organize client data in IncomeLab, Holistiplan, and HubSpot.
• Set up new client plans from account structure to projections.
• Gather and reconcile investment data across custodians and statements.
• Run retirement and tax analyses, Roth comparisons, Social Security timing.
• Prepare materials for advisor meetings.
• Flag missing data or inconsistencies before planner review.
• Follow Peak's planning checklists, SOPs, and QA processes.
