Job summary
Compass Pathways plc seeks an Associate Director, Scientific Communications to optimize and execute the Medical Affairs scientific communications function. Translate clinical and scientific evidence into clear, compelling communications across publications, congress materials, slide decks, FAQs, and medical education resources.
You will work with the Executive Director of Medical Affairs to shape strategy and deliver key deliverables, collaborating across Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory,
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and relevant discipline.
- 8+ years in Medical Affairs or related field.
- Experience leading publication planning (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations).
- Experience supporting scientific communications for major medical congresses.
- Exceptional scientific writing and ability to translate complex data into clear communications.

- Lead publication planning and execution across the Medical Affairs portfolio.
