Job summary

PRIME Education, a property of Everyday Health Group, is seeking an Associate Director, Scientific Affairs, to lead education grant development and content creation for awarded grants. Qualifications

• Master’s degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific/medical field.
• At least 4 years designing and developing CME/CE activities.
• Experience developing CME/CE with pharma companies or government contracts.
• Experience in training, project management, and staff supervision.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-level responsibilities.
• Ability to conduct literature reviews and apply findings to product development.
• Familiarity with AMA criteria for medical writing and grant development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content with editorial excellence and adult learning principles.
• Contribute to grant planning and development, including designs and execution plans.
• Establish relationships with health-care leaders to identify program needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to outcomes measurement, survey design, and reporting to external stakeholders.
• Develop scientific articles, abstracts, and outcomes-based presentations.
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve instructional-design issues with recommendations to leadership.
• Review content produced by writers and freelancers for clinical relevance and accuracy.
• Participate in decisions on PRIME's learning model and implementation procedures.
• Attend regular Scientific Affairs Department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
