Job summary

Everest Clinical Research Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead trial programming efforts from a Bridgewater, NJ on-site location or remotely within the USA. You will manage teams, ensure timely and compliant results, and drive methodological improvements across programs.

The role requires advanced statistics/CS education and extensive CDISC expertise, with a focus on SDTM/ADaM, QA, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred in statistics or CS.
• Proven experience leading statistical programming teams.
• Expertise implementing CDISC standards for SDTM/ADaM.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming programs across trials and clients.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership.
• Represent programming in business development and client relations.
• Ensure quality, timely, within-budget deliveries.
• Develop and maintain SDTM/ADaM standards and TLFs.
• Coach and review subordinates; participate in performance planning.
• Contribute to regulatory submission activities and guidance.
