Job summary

Princeton10 is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art, responsible for driving creative strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical and wellness industries. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including leadership roles. This position offers a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 annually, with additional bonus and benefits, and welcomes remote candidates primarily in the Eastern time zone.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5 years in an agency environment.
• 3 years of leadership experience in marketing.
• Experience leading brand planning with budgets between $3M–$8M.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departmental leads to create project briefs.
• Build client relationships through creative ideation.
• Present creative concepts to clients and teams.
• Produce high-quality art assets managing 3rd-party vendors.
• Influence creative direction and agency strategies.
