Job summary

First American GO Title division is seeking an entry-level Title Examiner to support public records review and title analysis. You will work under guidance to examine chains of title, prepare initial commitments, and may abstract residential records, with remote work options.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong customer service, in a supportive, inclusive team environment within the First American Title group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level position; experience in title/related real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for orders within Wisconsin
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
• May abstract records for residential properties
• Other duties as assigned
