Qualifications

• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Connecticut (no exceptions).
• Experience with carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead attorneys on all phases of litigation from investigations to trial.
• Involve in case evaluation, reporting, discovery and depositions.
• Contribute to trial preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas.
