Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission in Delaware.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume case loads and meet deadlines promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution or litigation when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases effectively.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate computer systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
