Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced remote Associate Attorney licensed in California to join a Complex Fraud Litigation practice. The role offers the opportunity to litigate sophisticated civil fraud matters entirely remotely for CA clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation experience, is in good standing in California, and can manage cases from inception through resolution while working independently in a collaborative remote team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Experience with depositions, motions and discovery management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic case plans for complex fraud litigation matters.
• Manage all phases of written discovery and document production.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions of key individuals.
• Research, draft, and argue substantive motions throughout litigation.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Identify and collaborate with expert witnesses for trial preparation.
