This role is open to any office location and currently remote until further notice. The candidate should reside in Northern or Southern California (Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Indian Wells, Irvine, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Ontario, Riverside, San Diego).

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of affordable housing and real estate experience.
• Experience with housing tax credits, HUD programs, and related regulatory frameworks desired.

Aufgaben

• Handle all aspects of affordable housing transactional work.
• Support joint venture structures and conventional and bond-financed loan work (borrower side).
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and other real estate documents.
• Involved in acquisitions and dispositions of real property.
