Qualifications

• Résumé showing at least 10 years of relevant work.
• Name countries, minerals, donor/private-sector programs and counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose licensing, formalization, land-access and governance conditions.
• Map miners, aggregators, traders, processors, exporters, regulators and communities.
• Assess due diligence, chain of custody, and traceability controls per OECD alignment.
• Evaluate risks including child/forced-labor, gender, safety, environment, conflict-finance and corruption.
• Design practical inclusion, monitoring and market-access measures for local institutions.
